Our whole and half day experiences allow guests to prioritize wellbeing in a restful setting. Upon arrival, you’ll be guided through sessions created to center your thoughts, rejuvenate your body and connect to your heart. The sessions are perfect for small groups of 2-8.
Each experience is curated to present guests with options such as sound baths, guided meditation, prompted journaling, sharing circles, massage, and yoga. During the day, enjoy refreshing herbal tea blends, organic lunch menus, healthy snacks and dessert options.
